ENCOUNTERED LOST (normal) MAILS?

Whether you think it's a FRAUD case, or a case of GENUINE LOST MAIL, do warn or let other buyers know! So we can prepare ourselves and opt for registered mail or a meetup with this particular seller/trader :)
Also, in this way, sellers will take extra care when sending out our parcels through normal post :D

Encounter (what happened, what did you/the seller do to help): V fast deal and told me that she has mailed out my bag 2 hours later after my payment to her, and emailed me and told me that I should be receiving it within 3-4 days hopefully, which I didn't receive it in the end. It has been like more than a month now. I had my reasons to suspect her because from the way she deal with me is quite fishy. And I went to google about her and found out that there was another girl who got scammed by her. I questioned her but she told me that she didn't scam her. But yeah, she did help me to enquire the parcel from singpost, but nothing came back from singpost either. She was nice to provide me her mailing details & wanted to call RLU myself.
Any other comments: I think it is wise to opt for reg mail if you're purchasing expensive stuff :)
