ENCOUNTERED LOST (normal) MAILS?

Whether you think it's a FRAUD case, or a case of GENUINE LOST MAIL, do warn or let other buyers know! So we can prepare ourselves and opt for registered mail or a meetup with this particular seller/trader :)
Also, in this way, sellers will take extra care when sending out our parcels through normal post :D

Date of transaction & of mailing: 5th june, 8th june.
Item & price: Chanel inspired tank
Encounter (what happened, what did you/the seller do to help): I made payment on the 5th of june, she told me she'll get back to me once she mails it out, but she did not mail me. So I emailed her again on the 16th of june, asking if the item has been mailed out. She told me that she had already mailed it out last monday and she's currently overseas so it's hard for her to get connected to the internet. I told her I didn't receive it, she told me she'll check with singpost when she's back on the 28th. She went down to the PO on the 30th, but she said that there weren't any undelievered mails under her address. So I went to fill up the lost form myself at my PO, but it wasn't found or anything :(
Any other comments: Has anyone dealt with her before? :( Am really disappointed cause I really like the tank so much!
